Jorge provides broad sales knowledge and training to Sandler Training, thanks to his 25 years of sales experience. He has been part of the Sandler family for more than 12 years, and during this time he has been known as one of the most outstanding trainers in Spanish-speaking countries. Currently, he travels throughout Latin America offering programs to Sandler's customers. Besides, when needed, he assists local Sandler Training facilities with training guidelines and recommendations.
Jorge’s entrepreneurial spirit drove him to, early in his career, create a group of small businesses that currently are under the umbrella of Change Avenue Group. Jorge’s leadership and passion, plus an excellent team, made him the most prolific franchisee among these 5 companies. They are in Monterrey, Mexico City, Mérida, Saltillo, Bogotá and San Antonio, TX.
Jorge graduated from Universidad Mexicana del Noreste with a degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. He has a postgraduate study from IPADE Business School and a Master in Humanistic Studies from Centro Panamericano de Humanidades. Jorge devotes his life to keep learning and help others to grow and prosper.
